I am exploring use of BioGears in setting up and/or operating real-time simulations of first-responder, tactical combat critical care, pre-hospital care, prolonged field care, and continuity of care through to the field hospital/ER. The requirements for simulation from "train-like-you-fight" battlefield medic/first responder/bystander/nurse point of injury/encounter critical care, to care during prolonged waits for transport at point of injury/encounter, to care during transport, to nursing care in the field hospital/ER are of interest.
